At B.O.C FIT, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn (you may try it on), unwashed, and in original condition 
• Free from stains, odors (such as smoke, cologne, or deodorant), and animal or human hair.
  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible. 

Please note: Excessive wrinkling may result in a denied return. We inspect all returns carefully.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Need a different size? No problem.

• We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery window
• Follow the return instructions and clearly include your exchange request with the return.
• We process exchange once item is received (please allow for 3-5 business days)

RETURN SHIPPING & STARTING A RETURN

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right (email bocfitapparel@gmail.com).
